A Book by Two Authors:

A Book with No Author's Name Given:
Women. A World Report. New York: Oxford University Press, 1985.
A Book with an Editor:

Component Part by One Author in a Work by Another:
Author of component part (last first). "Title of component part," in Title of (INDENT) Actual Book, ed. Names of Editors, page numbers. City of (INDENT) Publisher, Copyright date.
